The NEUMOVENT Bebé Infant Ventilator is a microprocessor-controlled, pneumatically-operated, time-cycled, pressure-limited, continuous flow system with sigh capability device, which has been developed for use with infants, including premature newborns.
The microprocessor con ducts the activity of each electronic command and provides a comprehensive warnings and system error messages.
The ventilatory parameters are preset through an independents election. The introduced data is
shown in digital displays. During all modes of operation, the clinician can limit,
safely, the delivered pressure.
The O2 concentration is supply through an integral precision air-oxygen
blender.
Three power source with automatic switching, assures a safe
ventilatory procedure.

  Modes of Operation

Continuous Mandatory Ventilation (CMV) Controlled, with Zero End Expiratory Pressure (ZEEP) or with Positive End Expiratory.
Pressure (PEEP):
Ventilation with Intermittent. Positive Pressure and a breath ingrate from 1 to 150 breaths per minute .

Patient-Triggered Assisted Ventilation: Triggering is accomplished by pressure.

Synchronized Intermittent Mandatory Ventilation (SIMV) with or without Positive End Expiratory Pressure: Mechanical breath that can be given in between spontaneous breathing synchronized with the patient's demand.

 Controls

Inspiratory Time: From 0 .10 to 3 s, with Expiratory Time monitoring.
Rate:
Up to 150 breaths per minute.
I:E Ratio:
From :20 to 5:1
O. Percentage:
Continuous regulation from 21% to 100% (build-in a ir-oxygen m ixer). Precision: ±2%.
Inspiratory Flow:
Precision flowmeter: 0-15 L/min.
